Tonight’s dinner was super easy to make. These keto pork panko meatballs are juicy and crispy. All you need is a recipe that calls for Pork Rind Panko and some already crushed Pork Rinds.
Here’s What You’ll Need For Keto Pork Panko Meatballs:
- 6 lbs. Ground Beef and Pork Blend
( I used 4 1/2 Ground beef and 1 1/2 ground pork. Ground beef and ground pork, combined with seasonings, create a flavorful panko breadcrumb coating.)
- 4 Raw Large Eggs, mixed
- 2 cups Pork Rind crumbs
- 4 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 Tbl. chives, dried
- 2 tsp Dill weed
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Garli Pepper Salt
- 1/2 cup Rao Marinara
- Heat your oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients by hand.
- Divide mixture into walnut size balls. I get 85-90 meatballs from my mixture. Bake meatballs for 30-40 minutes on a cookie sheet covered with a silpat baking sheet or parchment paper. About halfway through, I flip my meatballs.
- You should serve their meatballs with either Rao Marinara or Mozzarella Cheese.
