Keto Cinnamon Roll Casserole Recipe

All the flavor without having to roll any dough! This dish would be perfect for Christmas Morning Assemble the night before and when you wake up it’s ready to bake.


  • 1 loaf low carb bread (approximately 4 cups cubed)

  • 4 Tbsp butter (softened)

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup So Nourished granular sweetener

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp Flavor God buttery cinnamon roll


  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup So Nourished powdered sweetener

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  1.  Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Mix together butter, granular sweetener and cinnamon until it turns into a wet sandy texture.
  2.  Place 2 cups bread cubes into a greased 9×9 baking dish. Top with half the cinnamon mixture. Layer the remaining bread cubes and cinnamon mixture on top.
  3. Whisk together eggs, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and buttery cinnamon roll. Pour evenly over bread cubes.
  4. Let sit in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and almond milk. Spread on top of casserole and serve!
  6. Serve with bacon and egg.
