1. Fоr the сhutnеу, combine all the ingrеdiеntѕ in a ѕmаll saucepan. Bring to a boil over high hеаt, and ѕimmеr fоr 20 minutеѕ оr until apples are cooked аnd ѕоft. Rеmоvе frоm thе hеаt аnd hold wаrm, or cool and store.
2. Fоr thе ѕtеаkѕ, рrеhеаt grill раn оr oven broiler (with thе rасk 3 inсhеѕ frоm hеаt ѕоurсе) on high tеmреrаturе.
3. Season thе steaks with himalayan salt and рерреr, and lightlу соаt with оil.
4. Grill оr broil 3–4 minutеѕ on each ѕidе, or to уоur dеѕirеd dоnеnеѕѕ (to a minimum intеrnаl temperature оf 145 ºF). Rеmоvе frоm the hеаt аnd set аѕidе for 5 minutеѕ.
5. Fоr thе muѕtаrd drеѕѕing, mix together bееf broth, Dijon muѕtаrd, аnd соrnѕtаrсh in a small saucepan. Bring tо a bоil on mеdium-high hеаt whilе ѕtirring constantly. Lоwеr the hеаt, and ѕimmеr fоr 2–3 minutes.
6. Serve еасh steak with ¼ сuр of сhutnеу аnd ½ сuр оf muѕtаrd drеѕѕing.

Almond flour:

We will be using almond flour instead of all-purpose one which is considered to be the healthiest substitute for flour. Almond flour helps to boost our brainpower. It also helps to reduce bad cholesterol in our blood. Try to find the finest almond flour for the recipe. And to be on the safer side, you can strain the almond flour before starting the baking.


I have used both unsalted butter and peanut butter in the same amount. Originally peanut butter isn’t used in fudgy brownies. But a little bit addition of peanut butter gives a really nice nutty flavor to it.


I have used erythritol as the sweet substitute. You can also use monk fruit sweetener in the same amount. But please avoid using stevia. Although stevia is the easiest sugar substitute to find, it can make the dessert bitter if not used properly.

Try to use an 8×8 inch pan to bake the brownie. It will be the perfect size to bake the brownies thick.
Storing the brownies.

You can store the brownies in an air-tight container for three days at room temperature. And if you store them in the refrigerator, you can keep them for up to seven days.

  • ½ cup of almond flour
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon keto chocolate chips
  • ½ cup erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda


  1.  Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2.  Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave. Set aside.
  3.  In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and erythritol. Mix well.
  4.  Take a good quality food processor. Add eggs, unsalted butter, peanut butter, and melted chocolate chips. Mix properly.
  5.  Now slowly add the dry ingredients mix into the egg mixture. Combine gently.
  6.  Pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7.  Serve.

⦁ Put the ricotta, chopped spinach, parsley, egg, ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
⦁ Lightly grease a baking sheet. Put ⅓ cup of tomato sauce on the bottom and distribute evenly. Sprinkle the slices of roasted zucchini with ⅓. Complete with half of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with ⅓ cup of mozzarella and ⅓ cup of Parmesan. Repeat with ⅓ cup of tomato sauce, half of the remaining courgette slices and the remaining ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with ⅓ cup of Parmesan and ⅓ cup of mozzarella.
⦁ Garnish with the remaining tomato sauce, the remaining courgette slices and sprinkle with the remaining ⅓ cup of Parmesan and mozzarella.

Preheat the oven or deep fryer to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-size bowl, mix the eggs, cottage cheese, and butter. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Add the dry mixture content to the wet ingredients and mix to combine. The mixture will be wet. Add the cheddar cheese.
Roll out the dough on the two sheets of parchment paper of the desired size, thickness and shape. The dough will be very moist. You will need to remove the top parchment sheet and bake it on the lower baking sheet on a baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until crisp to the desired level. The longer you cook it, the flakier it becomes!
Remove from the oven and load the pizza as you like with all your favourite sauces, cheeses and toppings. Bake, the pizza for another 5-8 minutes or until the cheese, has melted.
Additional tips for making this Keto pizza dough:
Use partially skimmed mozzarella. If you use fresh mozzarella, heating it will have too much liquid and the dough will not come together.
If the dough is sticky to knead, put a little oil on your hands while you knead it.
You can substitute the almond flour with coconut flour in this recipe.
Knead the dough with a planetary mixer, a food processor or with your hands. I think hands are the most straightforward method; you can squeeze and knead the dough.
